Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may send your credit card information via fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Other payment options include payment by check or money order. Check or money order should be made payable to Muthen & Muthen.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
All products are shipped via UPS services. In addition, Mplus Short Course Handouts can be shipped outside the United States using USPS Global Priority Mail. There is a nominal handling charge for all products.
Orders outside the United States may have customs or VAT charges in addition to our shipping and handling charges.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally process orders within 7 business days. Delivery time depends on shipping option selected.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be apllied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from California. All other orders from within the United States are tax free. If you are tax-exempt within California, please contact us about your order.
For orders made from outside of the United States taxes may be collected depending on the countries tax code.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Return and Replacement Policy
Course handouts may not be returned. The Mplus User's Guide and the Mplus Program which comes with a user's guide may be returned within 30 days. There is a $25 restocking fee for the Mplus User's Guide and a $75 restocking fee for the Mplus Program. Muthen & Muthen will provide a refund minus any shipping, handling, and restocking fees. The cost to replace a lost CD is $200. CD's that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost after they have been returned.
