Assignment 4, Ed31E, Spring 2004:  Intermediate to advanced growth modeling

 

This assignment requests that you do an extended growth model for the LSAY Math Achievement data. You can choose between three variations on this assignment. The first concerns a parallel process growth model where you may, for example, analyze math achievement and math attitudes together. The second concerns a multiple group analysis. For example, you may consider gender differences. The third variation involves a growth model combined with a distal outcome. For example, you may study how math achievement growth in Grades 7-10 influences the distal outcome of Grade 12 math achievement scores, or influences the dichotomous outcome of high school dropout.
