Hello, I am trying to decompose fit indices as suggested by O'Boyle and Williams (2011). Thus first I specified the measurement model and constrained the parameters. This model is fitting well and converging fast. But when defining a path model, with constrained parameters of the measurement model,the model isn't converging even when I use more than 10.000+ iterations. No errors are reported in the output, it is just stated that maximum iterations are exceeded. Is there an way to deal with that issue?
