Is there a way to stack more than one analysis in the same syntax file (i.e., as with stacked models in LISREL), in order to estimate multiple models (or a single model using multiple estimators) in a single run in Mplus?

No. You can set up several inputs to run consecutively using a DOS bat file.

Thanks for suggesting the DOS bat file -- that's a very useful device for accelerating the analysis process. Still, it would be great to be able to combine multiple analyses in the same syntax file, to reduce the total number of input and output files one has to manage when testing a large number of models. Is it be feasible to add this option in a future version of Mplus?

We can add it to our suggestion list.
