What is the best approach for handling the following sample design in Mplus: I have about 300 respondents, each respondent made 40 brand similarity judgments--this yields 12,000 total similarity judgments which are nested (a)within individuals, and (b) within brand pairs. How can I handle this if I want to be able to account for variation that is due to respondent characteristics as well as brand characteristics? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
