I ran an two-level zero inflated binomial regression model. I use the second level only as control level, so I'm interested in estimating the variance at level 1 and level 2.

I can't find variance at level 1 in the output though. Is there a way to get this info, or is it not common to report this in ZINB models?

Here is my simplified syntax

Model:
%WITHIN%
y on x1 x2;
y#1 on x1 x2 x3;
y;

%BETWEEN%
y; y#1;

Thank you!

There is no level-1 variance for ZINB apart from the dispersion parameter.
