Hi there,

I am measuring the latent moderating effects of x2(latent ordinal data) on the association between x1 and y1 (latent ordinal data) at the between level in Mplus.

Please suggest any recommended coding or papers for this sort of analysis.

Perhaps this article is useful:

Thank you for sharing the article.

The article discusses the interaction between level 1 and level 2 variables and interaction between two level 1 variables. However, I am interested to know about latent interactions between two level 2 variables.

Is there any other suggested articles please?

Thanks,
Jon

The XWITH option can be used also on Between; see the UG for how XWITH works. I don't know that there are specific articles about it given that it is rather straightforward.

Thank you for the suggestion.

Both the team level variables are interacting and having an effect on the outcome (team level variable) as well. Could you please demonstrate with a dummy code that will be very useful to understand.

Thanks,
Jon
