Hi there,
I have 2-2-1 multilevel mediation model, whereby team characteristics (level 2) influences team processes (level 2) which influences individual outcomes (level 1).
For team characteristics, I have averaged the responses from the individual level participants and used that average score to represent team characteristics.
Would this average score represent the group intercept of the team characteristics? Or can I refer to this as the average score?
