Hello,

I am trying to run a two-level logistic regression and I am not sure if my input is correct as I do not get (i) odds ratios (ii) ICC

My input is here:
....
categorical = ASSIBM;
usevar = ASSIBM ASBG01 ACBGDAS ;
missing = all (-9999);
within = ASBG01;
between = ACBGDAS;
cluster = IDCLASS;
weight = studwgt;
bweight = schclwgt;
WTSCALE = CLUSTER;
BWTSCALE = SAMPLE;

DEFINE: centerACBGDAS (grandmean);
ANALYSIS: type = twolevel;

model:
%WITHIN%
ASSIBM on ASBG01 ;

%BETWEEN%
ASSIBM on ACBGDAS ;
OUTPUT: sampstat standardized;

Is everything ok? Should I just compute the odds ratios manually?

Thanks a lot,
Anastasios
