| Is there a straightforward way to calculate kappa between two LCA models (perhaps using the latent transition probabilities table or entropy)? I have separate ratings of event occurrence (parent-child) and identified 3-class models for each that correspond to consistent classes. I've looked at correspondence using the 3-step manual approach, but wondered about reporting Kappa. Exported class probabilities to spss to evaluate, but (of course) the estimates of agreement differ from those observed in mplus. |
