Good evening,

I'm not quite sure where to post my question, because it is rather a basic thing.

Before I process my LPA, I wanted to check if the data import worked out.
I did the basic analysis, combined with the syntax order "listwise = on".

Compared to the results I get in SPSS I have a similar number of cases, exactly the same means and exactly the same correlations as well.

What confuses me: The covariances differ in both outputs (only in the second decimal place, but in my opinion, it is not possible).

Do you know what I could have done wrong? Does Mplus calculate the covariances with a different formula than SPSS?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Send the SPSS output as a pdf and the Mplus output to Support along with your license number.
