Hello, I am running DCAT with TYPE=IMPUTATION to avoid the distal variables being treated with listwise deletion. However, now I do not have the chi-square tests for the differences between classes in DCAT. How can I compute them? |

I think the easiest way would be to switch to the BCH manual approach, section 3 http://statmodel.com/examples/webnotes/webnote21.pdf You would have to run all imputed data sets one at a time, then run ones the second step using type=imputation and write the test you need in Model Test. |
