Hello,
I am using R to plot a .gh5 file from a two-group growth curve model. Everything is going well, except my goal is to plot (for each group) the estimated mean with individual estimates. I have been able to do the two groups' estimated means on a single plot, but I don't see how to plot the individual estimates. It is a two-group model, so perhaps that is causing some trouble (I'd like to plot the two groups separately, on two graphs. Each graph would have the individual estimates and mean estimate for that group.) Any advice would be appreciated.
