I used the SAS programme to randomly draw small samples from a large data set. Each sample is written to its own data file. I want to do multilevel modelling in MPlus. Can I use TYPE=IMPUTATION to analyze these samples and get the average parameter estimates? Will the standard errors be correct? |

Sounds like in essence you are doing a Monte Carlo study, so you can therefore use the "external Monte Carlo" feature of Mplus. See UG ex 11.6, step 1 and 2. |
