Dear Dr. Muthen,
I am running an LGM for my intervention study. We have collected data at 6 timepoints. The 6th timepoint is our primary outcome variable. I have missing data at this timepoint.
As Mplus can estimate the slopes based on the collected data, can I save the estimated intercepts at the 6th timepoint? In that way MPlus has imputed the data, right?
I have tried this with the fscores command, but I only get the measured data, but not the estimates.
This is my syntax:
TITLE: simple LGM
DATA: FILE IS simple LGM.dat;
VARIABLE:
NAMES ARE TbCISz M3CISz M6CISz M9CISz T1CISz T2CISz;

I hope you can tell me how to collect the estimated intercepts at the 6th timepoint.

| Perhaps you are referring to the estimated means for the outcome at time 6? If so, please see the formulas and examples we give in our Topic 3 handout on our website. |
