Hi,

I just created 20 imputed datasets in Mplus using multiple imputation. The output says "Variables imputed as continuous" and lists all the imputed variables. However, some of the variables are supposed to be binary. Will this affect my imputed datasets, or is there a way to specify that some variables are binary?

Yes, you should specify which variables are binary; see UG.
