"Residual" causes program crash PreviousNext

I am running a single-factor EFA and attempting to get the residuals of the correlation matrix. However, when I use the "residual" output command the program crashes (windows dialogue box for "the program has stopped working). Other output options (STDYX, Tech1, sampstat) do not cause this.
