I ran a EFA today, and I got GEOMIN ROTATED LOADINGS and S.E.GEOMIN ROTATED LOADINGS instead of varimax and promax, could someone tell me what do those two type of loading mean? Thanks

For an overview of rotations, see the User's Guide reference Browne (2001) and also Sass & Schmitt (2010) in MBR.

The Geomin default is an oblique rotation, so like promax. You can get varimax by requesting CF-Varimax (orthogonal).
