Bifactor CFA model

I have a question on the use of a bifactor CFA. Are there any problems with testing a bifactor CFA with only 2 factors? (Each factor has 5 items.)I know we can't run a 2nd-order CFA with only two first-order factors but I don't know if the same issue applies to bifactor models.

I tested the bifactor model on Mplus and it seems to work fine -- no error messages.
