Hello,
I am conducting a two-parameter logistic IRT model, to analyse 50 multiple choice items for 375 students, I followed the example provided in the guide (i.e., example 5.5) and I got the values of the items. However, I need the theta or (ability) or IRT score for each student. Can you please help me on how to do that if it is possible.

THANKS

Use the FSCORES option of the SAVEDATA command.

Muthen thanks a lot, but still have a question, after I have done what you suggested I end up with 53 columns, the first 50 I think they represents the scores of the 50 MC items used in the analysis, and the column number 51 is the ID numbers after that there are two more columns and I think one of them is what I'm looking for (i.e., students' location or scores)however, I am not sure what does each column represents and not sure which one of them is the student theta?
So my question now is that what does each column means?
Regards

The end of the output shows the names and order of the variables in the saved data set. What are the last two names?

F is the factor score. F-SE is the standard error of the factor score.
