When using TYPE IS MONTECARLO for a model that includes new parameters defined in MODEL CONSTRAINT, the new parameters are not recognized by the MODEL COVERAGE command. When excluding the new parameters in the MODEL COVERAGE command, coverage is still estimated with default values of .5, only some of the new parameters will get estimated standard errors even though running the data sets one-at-a-time will give me standard errors for all of the new parameters. Is there a known way to work around this, or should I send the input, a couple of data files, output, and license number?

You can't use MODEL COVERAGE for new parameters but you can give starting values to new parameters and they will be used for coverage, for example,

NEW (alpha*6);

I would have to see your files and license number to say why running one at a time works while all together does not.
