| CFA Running for a very long time |

Hi:
I am trying to run a CFA with 3 factors, and a higher order factor. I ran this without the higher order factor and it did fine, but this one is just running and running without stopping for hours.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I've put my syntax below.
