My RMSEA (0.07, 90% CI 0.067 - 0.079), CFI (0.94) and TLI (0.93) show an acceptable fit. However, the Probability RMSEA <= .05 is <0.001. Should I discard this model or since my RMSEA is <0.08 I could still consider it as acceptable?

I would check how the model could be improved based on chi-square, using Modindices.
