Dear Dr. Muthen,
I have heard that the Mplus is able to accept the individual factor loading matrix for each case as input. I appreciate if you show me how mplus can handle this via its codes.

I think you are referring to individually varying times of observation in growth modeling. If so, see the AT option of the MODEL command. Chapter 6 will have an example of this.

Yes, the AT option would do that. Suppose that the time schedule is not fixed and vary for each case. Is there any way that the different time ponits for each case can be entered as an input file?

This is what the AT option does. Time scores are data not parameters in the model. In the VARIABLE command, you refer to these variables using the TSCORES option. See Chapter 6 for a full example.
