Hi,

I am working on a 2 factor CFA model. Currently I don't have data handy because it is still in the proposal stage, but I do have the instruments. Due to course requirement, I need to examine the model with simulated data, which is a new area to me. Would you mind if you can suggest some information or guidelines to generate simulated data?

Thank you

If you are using Mplus, you can do this using the MONTECARLO command. See the Monte Carlo inputs for the models in Chapter 5 to get started. These come with the program.
