Is there a way to specify a censored prior, or a prior distribution with support over a defined range, using the "MODEL PRIORS" command? I am estimating 2-PL IRT models and would like to use a prior for the discrimination parameters (loadings) that censors negative values.

The only prior available in that case would be the normal prior but you can try using model constraint with inequality that forces positive values

model constraint:
L>0;
