Dear Dr. Muthen,

I was using external data to do a simulation with Mplus. I found that some replications yielded message: "WARNING: THE RESIDUAL COVARIANCE MATRIX (THETA) IS NOT POSITIVE DEFINITE". It seemed that these replications were inlcuded in the summary of monte carlo results. Is there a way to remove them from the final summary results?

The only way to remove them would be to not include the data sets that yield this warning.
