| One of my committee members is asking about the amount of variance explained by direct pathways versus indirect pathways. I've never been taught anything like this, so I was curious if/how this is typically done. I know I can look at standardized estimates and see which is larger, but it sounds like she specifically wants to compare the amount of variability explained by direct versus indirect paths. |
