Hello!

I have a 2-level regression with no between-level covariate. My problem is what I shouzld enter in the BETWEEN statement (marked as BETWEEN = ? in the following command). Any help? Thank you very much!

TITLE: Two-level regression analysis

DATA: FILE IS d:test2.dat;
VARIABLE: NAMES ARE class degree rawscore;
WITHIN = degree;
BETWEEN = ?;
CLUSTER = class;
CENTERING = GRANDMEAN (degree);

ANALYSIS: TYPE = TWOLEVEL RANDOM;

MODEL:
%WITHIN%
s | rawscore ON degree;
%BETWEEN%
rawscore;

If you do not have any cluster-level variables, then you should not use this option.
