I have a run a THREELEVEL RANDOM model where the WITHIN level is repeated measures. I would like to plot the trajectories over time by a grouping variable. This/these model(s) also covariates. TECH4 is not available in this case to get the estimated means. Does anyone have an approach that might be helpful to generate the estimated means at each time-point. Thanks!

Using basic principles should be enough. E(f|X)=a+b*E(X) if f=a+b*X+e, where E(X) is the sample mean of the covariate.

Alternatively use
savedata: file is 1.dat; save=fs;
and then find in the output this section

SAMPLE STATISTICS FOR ESTIMATED FACTOR SCORES

SAMPLE STATISTICS

Means

While this is not exactly the model estimated factor means, I wouldn't hesitate to use it as such.
