Is there a way to use 1st level variable with 2nd level variables in multi level modelling? The model i wanted to run was:

Jobsat on Female D2age Single MFAD M1618 Super Size1 Size2 Public Listed Manuf Info Constr HumanH
Abilit Motiva Opp;

where Female D2age Single MFAD M1618 Super Size1 Size2 Public Listed Manuf Info Constr HumanH are control variables in binary format

and Jsat Abilit Motiva Opp are latent variables created from ordinal variables

I am unable to run the model. Please help me build the syntex. I am a beginner at Mplus.
After specifying variable names, use variable option, missing value option and specifying between and within level variables. My draft syntex is posted below:

ANALYSIS: TYPE = TWOLEVEL;
STARTS = 0;

Model:

%BETWEEN%
Abilit BY ARigo AInve AOnt;
Motiva BY MICO MCC MResul MJobSe MPS MPOM ;
Opp BY OTW OQC OCAI;

%WITHIN%
Jobsat BY Jsat1-Jsat8;
JobStre BY JobStre1-JobStre6;
OrgComm BY OrgComm1-OrgComm3;
EmplTr BY EmplTr1 - EmplTr6;

Jobsat on Female D2age Single MFAD M1618 Super Size1 Size2 Public Listed Manuf Info Constr HumanH
Abilit Motiva Opp;

OUTPUT: STANDARDIZED;

It is giving me errors Between-level variables cannot be used on the within level.
