I am running random intercept and random slopes models with an ordered categorical outcome using the TYPE=TWOLEVEL RANDOM. Here is my model specification:

within= a b l m n p;
cluster= schools;
categorical are srgrad16;
ANALYSIS:
type=twolevel random;
integration=montecarlo;
MODEL:
%within%
sa|srgrad16 on a;
sb|srgrad16 on b;
sl|srgrad16 on l;
sm|srgrad16 on m;
sn|srgrad16 on n ;
sp|srgrad16 on p ;
%between%
srgrad16 sa sb sl sm sn sp;

I am wondering if there is a way to save out the random effects by school so that I can plot them using another program.

Thanks

Use the Save = fscores option of the Savedata command.
