Hello, I am trying to conduct an LCA w/ distal outcome using a subgroup in a complex survey. When I run the following code, the saved file contains the same number of records as there are people in the subgroup but not all of the records are from that subgroup(i.e. there are ~20,000 records for White participants in the original data file. the save data command saves 20,000 records, but they are a mix of races). Do you know why this might happen? VARIABLE: Names ....; idvariable is id; usevariables are....; categorical are ....; missing are all (-999); auxiliary are ....; classes=c1(3); weight = weight; strat = stratum; cluster = psu; subpopulation is (race==1); ANALYSIS: type=complex mixture; starts = 500 20; MODEL: OUTPUT: tech11; SAVEDATA: save= cprob; file=step2_white.dat; |
