Using widetolong with two-level data |

I am attempting to use widetolong to make two of my repeated sample variables collapse into single variables. I noticed the code posted below will not work. Is there any way to get 2 repetition variables there? I've tried teacher | intervention & "teacher, intervention." How do you collapse in this way. In R, I have never had this problem with categorical independent variables, as there is rarely a need to code dummy variables. In making the transition, I am having some difficulty collapsing many repeatedly sampled variables (multiple columns) into single variables. Please advise. data widetolong: wide = t1, t2 | int1 int2 int3; long = teacher | intervention; idvariable=response; repetition = teacher intervention; |

The REPETITION option is used to give the name to assign to the variable that is created to represent the repeated measures, for example, time. There cannot be more than one of these. See DATA WIDETOLONG in the user's guide for further information. |
