Using Example 16 in the online appendix to Preacher, Zhang, & Zyphur (2016). I only have Mplus 7, so I cannot use Bayes as recommended in Web Note 23. What are the starting values in the example? Are they values from another model? Also, did I center the predictor and moderators correctly?
