I ran my GGMM with 100 sets of random start values and 10 optimizations, as suggested in your manual. My model fit best with three trajectories. However, when I want to change my comparison group, I run the same model but get different AIC, BIC, LRM LRT, and groupings. I generally don't have this problem when I merely change comparison groups. Any suggestions of how I can remedy this problem?

You would need to send the two outputs that illustrate this problem and the data to support@statmodel.com to get a thorough answer.
