I'm trying to evaluate differences in a latent outcome by latent class membership. Mplus is taking forever to run it, and I'm not sure if I got the code wrong: Analysis: type = mixture missing; ALGORITHM = INTEGRATION; STARTS = 100 20; STITERATIONS = 100; Model: %OVERALL% DAY1 by CORTD1A1 (1); DAY1 by CORTD1A2 (1); DAY2 by CORTD2A1 (1); DAY2 by CORTD2A2 (1); DAY3 by CORTD3A1 (1); DAY3 by CORTD3A2 (1); CORTD1A1 (A); CORTD1A2 (A); CORTD2A1 (A); CORTD2A2 (A); CORTD3A1 (A); CORTD3A2 (A); TRAIT BY DAY1 DAY2 DAY3 ; DAY1; DAY2; DAY3; i s q cub | BMI_24@.09 BMI_36@.21 BMI_54@.39 BMI_G1@.57 BMI_G3@.81 BMI_G5@1.05 BMI_G6@1.17 BMI_G7@1.29 BMI_G8@1.41 BMI_X5@1.65; i-cub@0; i ON SEX1; %C#1% i; [TRAIT](M1); %C#2% i; [TRAIT](M2); %C#3% i; [TRAIT](M3); MODEL TEST: M1=M2; M1=M3; |
