Hello,
I am looking at depression using the CESD (7 items) over 6 time points. I found that I have partial scalar invariance-- I need to relax the intercept constraint for 2 indicators at each age (all other 5 indicators remain constrained).

My advisor wants me to correlate the factor scores for the partial invariance with the full invariance model. How would I go about doing that?

Thank you for your help.
Nicole

Use SAVE=FSCORES for each run and merge the 2 data sets (side by side) to run a correlation for these 2 variables.
