Hello,
I have both a general and specific question:
How are the upper and lower bounds determined in the Plot2 command (e.g., are they based on 95% or 90% CI)? Additionally, is there some way to change these using the plot utility?

The motivation for this question is based on a specific situation. I recently conducted a moderation model in mplus. I conducted simple slopes testing using the model contraint and Plot2 command. The simple slope appears to be significant at p<.05; however, the plot utility shows that the upper and lower bonds of the two slopes are overlapping. I am wondering what this might mean for interpretation. I assume it means that the difference between slopes does not fall within the range of the observed scores.

The bounds are 95%. To give a more specific answer, send the output and the plot in question to Support along with your license number.
