| When using multiple imputation in Mplus to generate multiple imputed datasets... Do the imputed values actually appear in the imputed datasets? That is, UG example 11.5 produces 10 imputed datasets. But when I use this example with my own data, missing values are present in my 10 imputed datasets. Did I do something wrong? |

Yes, imputed values are given in the imputed data sets.
In Example 11.5 all variables are not on the IMPUTE list. |
