Hi there, I'm trying to run meta-analytci SEM to compare different models. I do have the correlation matrix as input for Mplus, and here is my code: data: file=data.txt; nobservations=4265; type=correlation; variable: names are v1 v2 v3 v4 v5 v6; USEVARIABLES ARE v1 v2 v3 v4 v5 v6; model: v3 on v1; v3 on v2; v4 on v3; v5 on v3; v6 on v3; output: stdyx; The model runs, however, the problem is the coefficient path between variables are exactly the same as the correlation. For example, if the correlation between V1 & V2 is 0.3, the coefficient path in the model between V1 & V2 is 0.3 Please advise, thnx |

Your input doesn't show a regression between v1 and v2 so I can't tell what's going on. Send output to Support along with your license number. |
