Dear Profs, I am conducting motivation analysis across times (not growth model, I didn't involve time as independent variable, not even intercept or slope). I have submitted a program of SEM estimation with 200 observed variables, 51 latent variables and 8000 observations, with estimation method of ML (pairwise, coverage percentages over 95%). The program has been running for 10 days. Shall I keep waiting or stop it and then revise the program? Any advice for improving the efficiency and shorten the computation time of the program? My computer specification is Intel I7-6560 CPU @ 2.2 GHz with 16GB ram, 2 cores and 4 logical processors (I have specified Processors =4 in the program). Many thanks. Regards, Tony |
