Dear Drs. Muthen,

We are attempting to run a bivariate latent difference score analysis,
measuring the latent change attributed to constance/nonstationarity
and change attributed to autoregressive/proportionality and the change in our variable of interest as attributed to the other variable's
estimate at the previous time point. We have 4 time points with observed measurements.

We are attempting to include 6 additional parameters that measure the cross-lagged correlation between two difference scores (in addition to currently looking at cross-lagged comparison to one variable's latent score and the other variable's latent difference score).

When we add the parameters, the model doesn't seem to run: The black DOS prompt box emerges and there's an indicator that the code is being processed, but it simply spits out the input without producing output. Essentially it doesn't seem like it's doing anything. This did not happen until we tried to add the 6 new parameters representing Difference on Difference Changes.

Is there a ubiquitous issue that can cause an input not to produce output despite being run and not resulting in errors?

Thanks and Best,
Luke
