Dear all,

using a mediational model where the path from the mediator to the dependent variable is moderated by z, I’d like to produce sensitivity plots. For ease of illustration, I use the data from ex3.25

***
The code I use for the moderated mediation model is:
***

model:
liking on
sexism (beta1)
respappr (beta2)

!protest is used as moderator of beta1

protest
xz (beta4);

sexism on respappr (gamma1);

model constraint:
new(indirect direct);
indirect=beta1*gamma1;
direct=beta2;

***
But it is not clear to me which values to use in the brackets of the model indirect command:
***

Model indirect:
liking MOD sexism respappr(,,.1) xz;

I tried several values, but an error message appears that the min./max. values should be used. But which ones?

Best,
e.

You are changing the model that is used in ex 3.25 in our RMA book where sexism is the moderator. Also, your comment says that protest is the moderator but that doesn't match your MOD statement - it is the moderator that is followed by values in parenthesis. See UG page 764.
