Hello

I was running a multinomial regression as in example 3.6. but no output or error message was generated. When I changed the outcome into ordinal (categorical) the analysis was performed normally including output.

Thank you,
M.

I think you are using an older version of Mplus. The NOMINAL option was probably not supported then.

Hello,

Is it possible to run a multinomial logistic regression using a bayesian estimator. I am trying to predict class membership of a four class solution model. When I use "nominal is" I get an error message saying that nominal is not available with a bayes estimator. Am I doing something wrong?

Only maximum likelihood estimation is available for the NOMINAL option.
