Dear Dr. Muthen, I ran an unconditional intercept only model with nested data and I'm interested in the correlation coefficients between MC_SUM and CFT_SUM. This is my syntax: data: file = cftmc.dat; variable: NAMES = CFT_SUM klasse MC_Sum; MISSING = all(-99); USEVARIABLES = MC_Sum CFT_SUM; CLUSTER = klasse; Analysis: TYPE = TWOLEVEL; Model: %WITHIN% CFT_SUM with MC_SUM; %BETWEEN% CFT_SUM with MC_SUM; output: sampstat standardized stdyx; In the output under "sample statistics", the value for the between correlation is .868, but under "standardized model results", it is .871. Both values are standardized values, I think. Why is there a difference? Thank your for answering my question. |
