Dear professor(s) Muthen,
I've got three level 1 variables TFL, Commitment and Presenteeism. In addition, participants are clustered within teams.
I would like to investigate the mediating effect of Commitment in the relationship between TFL and Presenteeism whilst accounting for the fact that the data is nested. Using SPSS has not turned out successful thus far, which is why I'm currently trying to build a model in MPLUS. However, I wouldn't know how to even start.
If you could give me a hint on how to proceed, you would save my week!
