A reviewer is asking me to indicate the significant level of the pairwise comparison i had in alignment opt with fixed. The default is 5% SIGNIFICANCE. I was able to figure out the significant levels of the comparison in respect of to reference group but can't figure out the level of significant for the other pairs. Is there a way out? I indicated in all significant levels are at 5% some are below that so i should indicate per estimate.

We actually report the exact p-values for all pairwise comparisons in the alignment output. You can get that using "output: align;". Take a look at section INVARIANCE ANALYSIS on page 5 in
