In the context of a latent variable mixture model that has a zero-inflated count variable u1 and a binary inflation variable (u#1), what does the univariate entropy reflect? Is it entropy just related to count dependent variable for individuals who are able to assume values of zero and above or does it also incorporate the binary variable as well (since univariate entropy values are not printed in the output for u#1). If it is solely for u1, is univariate entropy available for u#1?

The entropy refers only to the classification into the latent classes, where the classes are what you specify in the Classes= option.
