Hi, I am conducting a LPA with six indicators using the three-step method. I chose a five-profile model. I got some weird results about the covariables, please refer to below. I don't know why the value of Est./S.E. is 999, and the p value is 0.000. If I set the CLASSES = c(3), or CLASSES = c(4), there is no such values. However, if I set the CLASSES = c(5), the following results will present. Could you tell me what is the problem? Is it due to the too many profiles? Thanks very much. Estimate S.E. Est./S.E. P-Value C#1 ON X2 0.193 0.043 4.483 0.000 X1 -1.241 0.000 999.000 0.000 X4 -0.594 0.000 999.000 0.000 X5 0.608 0.000 999.000 0.000 X13 -25.126 0.000 999.000 0.000 X14 1.933 0.000 999.000 0.000 X19 0.266 0.000 999.000 0.000 X18 1.509 0.000 999.000 0.000 X20 0.001 0.000 2.507 0.012 X8 -0.057 0.041 -1.372 0.170 X10 -0.563 0.000 999.000 0.000 X6 -0.884 0.000 999.000 0.000 X11 0.239 0.000 999.000 0.000 X22 0.000 0.000 1.256 0.209 X23 -0.670 0.169 -3.962 0.000 X15 2.458 0.000 999.000 0.000 |

Thanks, it has been solved. This is caused by the missing values of the covariables. |
